I don’t think so
You can send 2 applications.
DO NOT mess up yourself by doing that.

Process:

You will send a courier and get confirmation from the courier company that it is delivered --> This is called AR.
After they will put your file aside while they enter the previous files' info into the system, which is already in the queue.
Once it is your turn, they will enter your info into the system and then they will send an email --> This is called AOR.
If you don't have AOR, it means your file is still NOT OPENED yet. means no data in their systems or no tracking.
So don't worry currently AOR timeline is almost 6 to 7 months. If you send two applications it will be a mess. Just wait for AOR.

Inland main applicant with an inland dependent. Our current open work permits are getting expired in May-2021. We have sent our paper based application and waiting for AOR. We are with PNP. When do we start for applying extension on our work permits? What kind of permits can we able to get? Our representative said I can able to get bridging open work permit and my wife can able to get spouse dependent work permit. What is the difference between both of these? Thanks
I'm not sure of the specifics but my understanding is you need your AOR in order to apply for Bridging Open Work Permit so I would be careful and make sure you have received AOR before you apply.

Please advise me.

I have applied for PNP paper (Manitoba) file on 08/10/2020.
Everything is passed except security and medical according to GCMS note.

My question is

My son is 20 years old and he is included in PR file, he is studying in 3rd semester of engineering and 4th will start in january 2021 which will end up june 2021.

Because his study is getting spoiling we were thinking to apply his student visa for Canada and his course is not available at Manitoba (Our sponsor State) so he has to apply for Ontario tech university which is located in ontario.

Does our PR file or his student visa file (If We Applied) will affect according to scenario ?

It doesn't matter when you got your copr. It's a luck. I welcome a family in August that landed without any stress....
I didn't mean for family class, I mean for economical immigrants. And by the way congratulations to you for your family reunification, but there are plenty numbers of families waiting for their turn to meat each other. That's the one fact is BIG REAL. you can find it as a new artical in www.cicnews.com. Reference for everyone, who are eagerly waiting their DM-COPR-PPRs. I am not talking with negativity, but live in real and current world.
But I also advise all that "BE PATIENT". Everything will be fine. That's it.
For your information my AR 16 JAN 2020, AOR 22 FEB 2020 and got nothing after BIL.
