Hi folks,
Inland applicant with an inland spouse as a dependent. Paperbased application has been sent and expecting to get AOR in end of January-2021. Planning to do upfront medical in January. How should we submit our e-medical sheets after getting AOR? Do we need to submit seperately or together?
Thanks

Hello everyone,

I called IRCC customer service in November and was told that I passed eligibility and criminality, however, the security hasn't yet started.
My AR is December 2018 and my question is: Once I passed the eligibility that means IRCC has already determined these requirements for me:
  • the ability to become economically established in Canada
  • intend to reside in the province
  • and other admissibility requirements (financial inadmissibility and misrepresentation)
No updates from IRCC since January 2020 when they have requested a renewed Schedule A. My medical has been expired since September 2020 and I was told that it will be either extended or re-do. Honestly, this PR application really tired me out, I can't take it out of my head. Two years of stress, anxiety, frustration and overthinking, and still counting... Sometimes I said, what if after all that time of patient and struggle, my application gets refused (sorry for the negativity).

Anyway, hope everyone in the same situation getting great news soon.

Thank you for your support.

FOSS: Field Operations Support System. That department is most reliable for IRCC. If VO look back for their decision about any document after destroying all paper documents, VO is relay on that department. I am not much about FOSS, but I insure you that it is good sign. No fraudulent or no misrepresentation. I hope good one comes you ASAP.
GCMS also derived from record of this department.

Inland main applicant with an inland dependent. Our current open work permits are getting expired in May-2021. We have sent our paper based application and waiting for AOR. We are with PNP. When do we start for applying extension on our work permits? What kind of permits can we able to get? Our representative said I can able to get bridging open work permit and my wife can able to get spouse dependent work permit. What is the difference between both of these? Thanks

Tahnk you Kukupatel & Pray4PR247

But can someone here answer my question please!
Once I passed the eligibility, is that mean IRCC has already determined these requirements for me:
  • the ability to become economically established in Canada
  • intend to reside in the province
  • and other admissibility requirements (financial inadmissibility and misrepresentation)
Thank you!
