The Airway bill number should work on the Purolator website. As for the application tracking, that will only work once they start processing your application.

I have applied for PCC from BLS Brampton through postal service. Right now, when I track my application, I get the following message " PCC application has been granted.Police Verification has been initiated. After the police verification report is received, PCC will be available for issuance."
How much time does it take from this stage to get PCC from BLS ? Can anyone please guide on this ?

Thank you for your reply. Can you share his timeline please. Because my documents reached to BLS Brampton on Dec 9,2020 and still I can't track my application using BLS Link, it says "No record Found". Thank you in advance.
Hi guys i just did my pcc application at Consulate General of India. I was guided by a member desiking in this thread who did his PCC on May 6, 2020.
So, I went to 345 Bloor St east, there is a No frill In this building and just opposite Of No Frills there is a Store naming DUPL2X Business Services...thats where u need to go. I told them that I want to Apply for my India PCC then They helped me with it.
They will provide u the envelopes $35 (forwarding and return address), draft of $92 to the consulate general of India (total cost of draft was $99.50) and they will ask you to write on both envelopes for forwarding and return addresses, put your documents in it, they will seal it, and send.

4.My Canada visa and arrival stamp

Hi there... please keep us posted about the status of your application. I had applied for my PCC via BLS bramptom on Aug 9th and i am still waiting. I am unable to contact CGI Toronto regarding status of application. I wonder if i can ask the DUPLX people to help me find out the status of my application? I have spent over $150 just for my initial application (including fee, purolator labels as they returned my document for correction etc) and i really feel i deserve an answer as to what has happened to my application. The funny thing is Passport Seva Kendra from India have confirmed that they have sent a PCC clearance report to CGI Toronto in September.

Got an email on 24th Nov for missing documents. Sent within 15 minutes.
Application status updated received on 26th Nov
30th Nov got an email for police verification initiated.
police verification done at Local Thana on 2nd Dec 2020
no updated after this. Emailed consulate for status on 10th Dec. waiting for their reply.

Hello
Can you share which documents were missing? As I forgot to attach the checklist which should not be an issue but in case if they ask what will be the way to provide document? Do we have to post them again or we can scan and email them?
Not sure if it helps but they found an error in my PCC form so they asked me to fill it up again and email it to them.
