Hello friends , i need to submit the Indian PCC of my spouse for express entry. So is it fine to take out the PCC from local police station? Or it has to be on official Indian government letter head ? Is there any requirements for PCC ? Please let me know if anyone has any idea about this

@legalfalcon do you have any idea sir ?

PCC issued by police stations are not valid.

Follow the instructions as per IRCC. If you are in India, then you will have to get the PPC from the PSK.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/police-certificates/how/india.html

How to obtain PCC from PSK:

Hello Everyone,

Just sharing an update with my in-land PR application under CEC stream. CIC agent called yesterday about my application and the agent said that I have been ‘approved conditionally’. They will need a phone interview and will send more details on my account. BUT the agent doesnt know when it will happen, she said it could take days, weeks or months. I am hoping that they will call me and I will be able to answer the call (as there is a very poor or next to no service at my work).
I was wondering if any of you received any call or have experienced this. Also, what is approved conditionally means? Please share. Thanks!

All the best to all of us.

Conditional approval indicates that your application has been approved subject to verification of a few things over the phone. Usually it is a quick phone call to verify your address and then you and all family members are in Canada.

You will have to wait for a call. Currently not many inland applicants have received a COPR.

Hello friends.
As per PPR received on 13th October 2020, I got the chance to submit it on 23rd November, as the CVAC was closed here in Bangladesh. On 2nd December CoPR and Visa were issued (Thanks to Almighty). The expiry date of those is February 2021. However, they also issued a letter. Part of it says "in light of current travel restrictions due to COVID-19, you cannot travel to Canada at this time to become a permanent resident (unless you meet a travel restriction exemption). Note that your status as a permanent resident in Canada is not finalized until you have landed in Canada. ......... We have issued your documents so that when the restrictions are lifted, you will have your documents ready to travel to Canada."

There is no instruction on what to do if the travel restriction continues even after the expiration date of both my Visa and CoPR.

Now, can anyone please tell me, what my actions would be if the travel restrictions lifted after February 2021 (the expert date of my Visa and CoPR)?

My details are mentioned in my signature.

Hello friends,

Yestreday, I was trying to upload the documents of my spouse. However, CIC has given me only one tab to upload all her documents. Now, when I merge all her documents then it is around 20 mb. And cic has file restriction (less than 5 mb). Now when I compress the file then file becomes from 23 mb to 3 mb. But clearity has become poor and very hard to read and all images become blur. So what should i do now ?

@legalfalcon Can you please help me out in this ?

Thank you

Send the documents via webform, and in the upload window, just let them know that the documents could not be upload due to size and have been submitted via webform .

Thank you . But even webform has size restrictions and its only 2 mb

But you can send multiple 2mb documents and you can send multiple webforms just provide the list of documents you are uploading in the specific webform in the space to write text.
