i called ircc today agent said criminality passed security just started wht does that means??

Criminality is tied to biometrics, so took a while because it took a long time to get my biometrics done. Security for me passed months ago so looks like you just need to wait for that to finish and you'll be good.

Ah so you'll need to use something like Skype or Google Phone from what I've heard, sorry I'm not sure.

Hello friends , i need to submit the Indian PCC of my spouse for express entry. So is it fine to take out the PCC from local police station? Or it has to be on official Indian government letter head ? Is there any requirements for PCC ? Please let me know if anyone has any idea about this

Assuming you live in India , You'll need to take an appointment from Passport seva kendra in order to get the PCC for your wife.
