Thanks.Last night I logged in and saw a gu in the account.But now I am unable to login
Just talked to an IRCC agent and she said everything is passed on my application (finally!) and that I should wait to be contacted to get my COPR. She also said no info on when that will happen though.I’m also AOR 21 and received the ghost update today
My spouse and I are exempted from providing biometrics. The biometrics fee was returned on November 18th (I just checked my statement). However, my application shows, "we do not need your fingerprints at this time..." Also, it shows my AOR date when biometric received and expiry date. Any idea how long it will take to say complete?

In my case PA - done Bio on Oct-30, Dependant - done in 2019 (exempted).
It took IRCC 33 days to mark Bio 'Completed' at the bottom of the online application. Before that, it was just like you saying.
I gave a call 5 days after it marked 'Completed' (I called them this week in fact). A person answering the phone said - everything passed.
When you see that portion as 'Completed' - it's definitely a piece of good news, however, no one knows when the whole application will be finalized.
It marked my BIO completed on Oct 15, unfortunately it's not as it is. The latest call with agent, she mentioned they just uploaded without verifying my biometric that why my criminality is still in progress. No idea why they did it, it is confusing me and may be other officer as well.
yeah,its really not that way for everyone. Myself as the PA was bio excempt and dependent had biometrics done back in september. My online application shows completed OCt 15th and till now, no update. agent i spoke to also confirmed the biometrics was only linked to my application but not verified by an officer yet hense, the delay on criminality still in progrress and security not started. Yes I agree..as I talked to an agent as he said even though it gets updated as soon as you did the biometrics. It still has to be reviewed by an officer to approve so that they can initiate the criminality and thereby security (Its been what told by the agent I called, which is a new information for me too)
In my case, we did the biometrics in October 26th, 2020 and nothing happened after except my eligibility is passed
Not yet. i would assume i will get refund after the officer reviews the biometrics that as been uploaded since october 15th...
