PS:
There was no update on my wife's CARD application after 11th Nov, so I sent an email to the Etobicoke Landing office (CIC-ETOBICOKE-LANDINGS@cic.gc.ca) on 17th Nov.
I got a reply saying there was an issue in the production stage of the card and they will rescan and resubmit. Got the GU on the 19th Nov.

Hi, please I want to clarify on GCkey, is it the same CIC profile we got our COPR on, the one that has all details of our profile with application approved?
I mailed my passport photograph with COPR to the Vancouver Hornby office November 14, but I have not gotten any updates at all.
Sorry would like to clarify how do you link to your GC account?
I want to be sure, I didn't miss an essential step, in the COPR I was told to mail my passport photos and a copy of COPR to my Province Immigration office. which I did, was there something else that should have been done, please how are linking your application, did you have to manually apply online after mailing your passport photos?
If you have your GcMS notes put place of birth as written as in GcMS notes or passport. If still not work then call ircc at 6 am in the morning.
When did you send your photographs and which office? You will probably get 3-5 days as per previous responses on this thread.
