Does anyone know how long it takes for your scores to be recalculated if you update your express entry profile? I want to make a change to my profile but scared the points will not be updated before tomorrow's draw.

Oh wow, a long time ago. Early September it had passed already. And eligibility as well. Maybe much earlier than that (I'm not sure, cause I never got an actual date for that). Just waiting on security now.
When do you think it would be good to ask for GSCM notes? My AOR is first week of September, and was thinking of asking for them 5 months in (February) or so.
I just want to get everything ready to land in Canada by mid-summer 2021 :)

@Road.to.canada20 what's your AOR cara? Congrats on getting your Biometerics elsewhere, I had to do the same, flew to an ASC in the US

Anything after 3 months post AoR is alright. :) Who knows, maybe 5 months in you'll have your PR already! Some people here have gotten theirs in less than 3 months.

Hopefully lots of people will have been vaccinated by mid-summer. I wonder what they will do with us immigrants in that regard. Because some provinces don't offer healthcare from day 1.

As a matter of interest, I see in your signature you have a date for security passed. How did you find that out?

Thank you man! Hopefully you are getting yours soon as well!

Ah! That is because of my one and only GU was on the 11th of August, so I called them up and asked what was the update for. Got to know it was because my security check was completed!

Do you know about BC, if they offer healthcare soon? I think it's by the 3 month mark.

Hopefully by summer there are enough vaccines in ciruculation in Canada, so if you don't have it already, they provide it for free with your CoPR :)

Great, thank you. If I get one I will definitely call. :)

Yeah, for BC you may have to wait up to 3 months. Alberta is so nice in that you can get it from day 1.
Here's a nice site that compares the provinces: https://moving2canada.com/healthcare-in-canada/.
