The application was received at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney (CIO), Nova Scotia on June 29, 2020.
The Case Processing Centre in Ottawa Ontario office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted.
It means my application ended up in Ottawa. right?

They said everything is done(ie. eligible,background,etc) and waiting for final decision.

No definite timeline. You have some applicants from January to March still waiting for COPR. It will come whenever it is approved, just keep checking your email.

I don’t think my file is with Ottawa, still I feel it’s delayed. Lol

Just got off the phone with IRCC agent..June 23rd AOR..all stages passed, the agent said that it would be pretty soon picked up to process the COPR. I did forget to check if they had the COPR T# generated already..but I doubt that. Else he would have confirmed Approved. Its waiting for final Approval and T# generation. Does anyone know the procedure well enough to guide whether the file would get transferred to local visa office post or pre T# generation?

Excellent, would you mind letting know if you are located in and around London ..say Kitchener waterloo area or nearby? Does the role of the representative End once the COPR is generated OR is the PR Card mailed to the representative..which could also mean that the visa office for COPR would be dependent on the Representative's address...any clues?
