Absolutely, now depending on the workload of the VO where it got transferred, you will hear via a call or portal update request or just an outright approval and issue of the COPR...just my understanding from the various situations that folks are sharing in this forum.

My application is completed on December 9th,

I passed my medical, and gave my biometric

But they are reviewing my background check.

Also whenever I tried to click on the detail application it get bug out so I am not sure for everyone.

Anyone in similar situation on waiting for final decision even though the application is completed?

Spouse accompanied.
AOR: June 29, 2020.
Medical Passed August 19, 2020
Biometric is completed October 20, 2020 (not received refund!)
Background check: in progress!
No more update so far!
Is it normal?

AOR 17th. Just called them and they said that all stages passed and security started on Dec 4. Waiting for the security check.
