Can I go for the infernal review if my file got refused my file still not refused .
Well you need to have a notary public certify that sworn also, and it's called sworn affidavit. It means that translator must do that certification in a notary public. If you have seal and text from a notary or commissioner of oaths in your translated document, it's OK. In my country all translators must do affidavit of translation in a notary public in order to make a translation document legal. I don't know the procedures in Ukraine, but you can ask.
So basically what I need is original + translation + affidavit?
Do I need certified copy as well?
True I have 30 days to get back to them after that if they reused them I can ask for Internal review ?
Well, I see people get their certified copy, then translate that copy, then get affidavit.
If u submit original + original translation + affidavit of course u don't need certified copy.
But it still depends on the requirement, if requirement states that u must submit original, then u must use original, if it states u can use a certified copy, so you can use certified copy.

Yes I did 1 year program. I will just email them and tell them I was admitted using my degree and not a diploma.

You are right secondly they cannot refuse cos these conditions were not the time of application submitted to the program
This was introduced new changes only last Thursday
They cannot refuse cos previously you had a Degree from that only you got the admission to the program and secondly one of my friend received Nomination she did a 1 Year program she got the admission using her previously degree program.
She got the nomination last June .
This new thing introduced only last Thursday when you was applying to the program never had a such a issue .
