Biometric request letter not received - 20 days now

When did you Submitted your application ? I applied online (SDS) through agent on 6th Nov
Agent said, most who have applied in Nov didn't got BIL yet and its not related with our application being incomplete or missing. What your agent said or suggested ?
Yes for me also she said this, as the only option left is to wait as untill IRCC won't issue it we can't book appointment for biometric, only option is webform or maybe we can email High Comission in Delhi but that i haven't tried yet
No not yet, I called agent today she said GC account site is crashing, if its in my account she will send me whenever it will come.
That website where our online account is created is in-accessible in morning she said and she will keep checking the account when the BIL will come she will send this is what she said.
