I think it would be beat to write to the high commisions guys - I heard some ome rid that and they sent him the letter

I sent an email with my application number to info.canada@vfshelpline.com and also to delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca and delhi@international.gc.ca. I got an automated confirmation from delhiimmigration that my email have been received. I hope I got positive response from one of these or they post BIL in account soon.
