Don't worry about the missed calls, most likely scammers - but as for biometrics:
AGENT SAID THAT IT IS COMMON THAT LINKED PREVIOUS BIOMETRICS that are still shown as "WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED BIOMETRICS" is COMMON, but the agents can see that they have been received earlier!

PS PS PS

Also, if IRCC wants to call, most people like me are working and have not their phones on them, so that might cause a problem as well, and would be not fair to delay the process if people are working hard and are not close / available for phone calls during the working day!

Hi, where does it say recommended pass :)? What's your AOR? I don't understand the flow as ppl from March are waiting and some August person got COPR. Hm, I still have biometrics as "not completed" although linked in account.

Not sure how it is happening? I called last week and they told eligibility not started yet. What is your VO?

Didn't quite understand. If your eligibility has not been approved by an officer (as you indicated it's only recommended to pass by a case analyzer), how can your security start and reach half-way through?

Well my AOR is 18th July CEC inland and I finally got through to to an agent yesterday on the phone. Actually it was a call back. Nothing has been started on my file. No eligibility, no criminality, no security. She indicated that she can see that I've submitted all documents and all additional requested documents. I forgot to ask what my VO is. Most likely Ottawa. I heard they're super slow.
