WES ECA Timeline 2020

The ECA evaluation is not for me, but for my sister. This is her timeline.

27th of Oct = Created WES account and paid. Status, "on hold, we are waiting for your document"
12th of Nov (FEDEX) = Degree Transcript received at WES by T.TERRANCE
19th of Nov (Courier Plus) = Diploma Transcript received at WES by MAPLE
19th of Nov = Status, "In progress, we are processing a new package for your application" (Truth is that we don't know which of the packages they are referring to)
24th of Nov = Status Changed again to "In Progress, We are analyzing and evaluating your document(s), Our evaluators are reviewing your documents for accuracy and completeness. We will notify you if we need additional documents to proceed with your report or provide an estimated completion date. You are not required to do anything at this time"

Fingers crossed as she has a deadline for an application submission and she needs that ECA as urgent as possible.

Best of luck to her. Godspeed. Thankfully her docs have reached in time, they would have started the review/evaluation and will update soon. There are new delays due to the lockdown in Toronto now. Also, 26th Nov is a holiday.

WES Account updated with document received - 19th Oct
Masters Documents delivered as per DHL - 2nd Nov
Analysing and Evaluating Docs - 12th Nov
Accepted all docs -18th Nov
Evaluation under review - 19th Nov
Final Report - 24th Nov

My sister got her report 23 Nov. So it only took a week from start of evaluating to the report.

Final Timelines

My sister's institution did send her documents towards the end of last month and it got to WES early this month but it seems they have not even opened the envelop with her transcripts as it went from "on hold" to "in process", then back to "on hold". Just back and forth.

When did u send ur transcript this month and when did your status change to "we are reviewing you evaluation"?

It took 7 days for my sister when the status changed to reviewing evaluation.

My status got changed on the 6th of Nov but was put back on « on hold » status on the 15th as a transcript was missing. Then they received the other document electronically on the 15th.
18th - analyzing and reviewing
20- reviewing evaluation
No movement since then

Not sure but mid Oct but then they put her application on hold because they waited second degree transcript which was issued by a UK University
