H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Thank you, i am doing all this for my son back home its hard and it is my struggle as a mother how to get him I only saw him thrice in my 10 years working abroad i video call him but growing with him is totally my ultimate goal, dont have any properties as my parents died in my early age...grew up in hardship too.

omg ! yes I see ! it's so sad this kind of story, i really hope that the agents will be humane and kind when they process your strong application which deserves approval! but just i do not understand a thing, your son why he left canada? why he didn't stay here? currently is he less than 22 years old ?? they will take his hardship and his interest into consideration if he is under 22 but unfortunately it is not the best interest of the child if he is 18 or over at the time of sending the request.

My husband and I already have AIP and we sent medical, police and financial information on October... Today, we received an email asking for our current residential address (We have living in the same address for about 5 years). What this could mean?

They gonna send you your residence confirmation they ask my friend same he just received it

He is only 13, I work first in other country for 3,years before came to Canada I had 2 years work permit which is low skilled switch to student for back then there was a moratorium for TFW so I studied here for two years misguided by agent who only after money,I only had the chance to get my husband 6 months prior to my student permit expiration then applied for a work permit but got refuse my plan is to bring him once the work permit approve but it was refuse and the only resort I can apply for PR is Hand C not eligible for any.

Can you explain how to go about automated massage please because whenever they said to put in your APPLICATION number, I don't know how to get the letter H, but only the numbers and how do you put in your date of birth in? Because when I do they said they can't find my file.

You have to listen to the instruction i think it’s the number 5

You don't need to type H. If your application starts with H dial 5, then it will ask u to put the numbers 8 digits. Your year of birth only year

My friend's h and c claim was approved and he was asked to send a list of required documents for himself and his family members who are overseas now. He wants to know that, after the interview he is going to have soon, how long the pr application would take. Is it 24 months like protected refugess or less?

First of all Congratulations to your friend this is not like refugee there is no interview
Make sure to submit all the documents they want it from you the faster you do it the faster you get your PR card

So he does not need to go through an interview??? but the email he got says he will be called for an interview after all requested documents are sent. Are you sure he does not have to fill in a pr application and include all his family members like all do?
