Hi,
Anyone know if CBSA at Mississauga is open or not. I need to go there to cancel my reporting as I got my COPR. Do I need any appointment or I can walk in. Because of this new lockdown I am not sure if they are open. Any one has idea

How strong if your grounds, best interest of the child one son born here in Canada establishment in Canada for 7 years doing volunteers too no immediate family back home all passed away only have my 13 years old son back home with the care of old age inlaws and been living apart for 10 years. Went to school here in Canada for 2 years but unfortunately mislead by agent about post graduate work permit.

i think that's a very strong case ! especially if the applicants has never applied for assylum or beign out of status ...
also i think volunteers work will help more than paid job.
in the opinion of many lawyers, foreign child has a more positive impact on application because a canadian child has all the rights and privileges, he can live when he wants in canada and he is protected by canada. but the foreign child no, at the end , as long as there is a child in the file if he is,your son or no5 , that's already a good reason!
good luck
