Biometrics webform appointment doesn't give submitted or Thank you note

Is ticket number and reference number the same thing?

So, I called them and they said if you have received ticket number, that means they have received biometric enrolment request from us. Also, they said it's fine even if you have received multiple emails with different ticket numbers. They will book an appointment for us using one of the ticket number. So now we just have to wait for email with appointment details.

Ok so I am in a weird situation right now. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment since early morning today but as the server was down, i left it for late afternoon.
I don’t know what came into my mind but I tried opening the appointment page on my phone and it opened. So i tried opening it on my laptop but it didn’t work and I was getting really impatient so I decided to submit it from my phone. I entered all the details buttttt i am not sure if my BIL got uploaded. I did receive a reference number after submitting. But no email confirmation or sms. I submitted it an hour ago.
