It is indicated that we need to put the text "Request Urgent Processing – Grant of Citizenship" on the envelop. Canada post usually will give us a cardboard shell to put everything we have. Are we supposed to write it down on that shell or the envelop that we gather all the documents and put it into the shell. Or both?

Most likely it is more important to put on the internal envelope, but put it on both. It might help and it won't hurt.
