Received mail about Confirmation of PR (CIC profile still not showing confirmation)

Hello, I have received an email confirming my PR and asking me to submit passport to VFS but CIC profile still does not show any update. Is this normal? Will it take some time to update? Shall I wait for it or contact VFS and submit passport.

The status will change after your COPR is printed and the immigrant visa is stamped on your passport.

I am unable to find out how to submit my passport for stamping. The email says to submit it at VFS India closest to my city, but the problem is when I go over on their website I can't find a way to initiate the submission. They have closed walk-ins as well on account of coronavirus.

If anyone from India recently got their COPR can tell me how they sent their passport for stamping that will be really helpful.
