Good luck. I'm at AOR 5TH OCTOBER. I guess they'll take ages to reach October 5th at this pace

Good luck. It can take some time (few hours) to get MEP Pass in the system as far as I have read online.

What is the procedure for rcmp pcc? Call the nearest rcmp police office?

I emailed RCMP (CCRTIS-SCICTR@rcmp-grc.gc.ca)and ask for their advice. They're fairly active in responding to emails. They asked me whether I reside inside or outside of Canada, then sent me a list of fingerprinting company accredited by RCMP. I might contact one of them today. Hope that it works.

looks like no hopes for October AOR. Literally just nothing happening for these files, not even medical pass and BIL.

October AOR is literally 1 month into a process that could take 6 months or more. Relax and exercise some patience.

I understand however I don't think people (FSW Outland) have waited almost 50 days or more for MEP BIL until now. Patience is the key, I agree!

Guys, Canada in India just tweeted an update regarding phased reopening of VAC with preference to family and student visa applications. Initially these will be based on appointments (that too limited), in the coming weeks these may increase and also open direct in-person visits.

Maybe now the FSW-O applicants will start receiving BIL updates
