It will reflect on ECAS soon. Or you can ask IRCC using Webform.

I mean ecas only shows if they received it it does not say u passed it.
webform is now taking 3 months or plus to get answer back from them lol so..

For me it got updated on online account under 'Review of medical results ' as 'November 17, 2020 You passed the medical exam. '
but there was no email for this update . Just kept checking everyday.

What is your visa office, is it Sydney or Paris.
