Sending documents to WES from JNTU Hyderabad

Hi Everyone,

I want to assess my degree for Canada immigration. I have done M.tech from JNTUH, below are my questions,
1) Do I need to send the M.tech certificate to get the master degree equivalence or B.tech as well i.e. both?
2) Which assessment body as per current situation and my degree(M.tech) is best in terms of fastness, reliability and can give the masters degree equivalence?
3)If only M.tech is sufficient then if I apply online for transcripts does JNTUH directly sends the post to WES or do I have to collect and sent to WES?

hi everyone, I started my application in JNTUH website but unable to pay for my application, I tried 4 times. 3 times through bill desk and 1 time through T-Wallet and the transaction shows success in the payment portal but in jntu website it shows session expired, every-time this has been the case.

all 4 times the money was deducted, mostly it may refunded in 7 days but am not knowing how to process this

Did anyone else face similar errors?

After I logged in, there was no application in track application page, nor did I receive any confirmation email. But money was deducted. Has anyone faced a similar situation. The track application page has a disclaimer saying "If your amount got deducted from your account in any transaction and it is not reflected in 'Track Application' menu, You are advised not to pay once again. The application status will be updated in 'Track Application' menu with in 2 working days of your transaction." Does it mean that this happens frequently?

Don’t worry. After 2 days it gets updated and the order will be placed. I did it 3 times and all 3 times it said session expired. And after 2 days it made 3 orders for wes ‍. So just sit back. It is done.

I submitted my application online on student service portal, Post that I received an email requesting for below documents. I emailed them scan copy of all documents but haven't received any response, Even I raised a grievance which un-addressed for months.

I followed the ONLINE process thread suggested and paid all amount including postage charges, Still my application stuck in "PRINTING" status for months.

Is there any way to submit the documents to WES without going to JNTUH ?

1. Get your transcripts
2. In jntu post office...you’ll get a form(CN23 form) on which you will be writing the from and to address. Get it attested with the registrar stamp (you can get it done if you go to counter 3)
3.paste it on the envelope
4. Write your WES reference number on the transcripts envelope
5. Go back to post office and send it (go before 1:30 PM to send your post)
6. It’ll take some 5-6 days to reach Toronto. I just checked mine today in WES website..the documents are been received by WES


No need of ARF form

WES takes time to update the profile. You can check the "notification" page in the WES site. It will state documents received by them within the particular period will be processed.

I waited for a week for the WES to update. I got my evaluation within a week.

This form is not required in any case, you just need the transcripts in a sealed envelope. If you want to speed up the delivery, take the transcripts by hand from the University and send it through DHL.
