Mine is basically the same timeline as well except CPCM. Would you mind also sharing whether your parents are in Canada or not? Mine is outside of Canada.
 
Just called IRCC call centre, agent said that he can see that passports were requested but he cannot see that they were received by Ottawa-CPC.
So according to him it’s either they are not processed yet (I sent them 2 weeks ago) or they were not received at all. He couldn’t check any other information because the file is in Beirut.

The only answer he could provide is: wait!
 
How much time does IRCC take to update address via webform ?
Its been 10 days and they said they have not received the webform yet so the agent updated it manually over the call.
Is this normal or should I raise the webform again ?

PLEASE HELP !

You can check on ecas. If not updated, you can apply there itself. The option is available for address update.

Yes I mailed it.
Sending tracker shows that package is delivered on oct 28 to recipient delivery partner (no signature)
Return tracker: We didn’t find an item associated with this number

you may try to follow up with CIC using webform and attach the delivery confirmation to your webform. I would say that for some users, it was a quick process but for others, it took over a month.

What is the general timelines for a webform? I sent a few questions over 2 weeks ago. Have not heard back yet
