How to report the problem?I am facing the same issue with same CRS. I guess they screwed up somewhere during their weekly maintenance yesterday. I have reported the technical issue. Let's see when they revert

Did you make a new profile or the status changed for you when your status was processing update. I am going through the same situation.I just did some small changes and the status is now " processing update"....
I am very worry that I will miss the draw next time. Does "processing update" means my EE file is not in the pool and cannot attend draw?
Please anyone can give me some ideas?
