Various levels of fine and/or imprisonment depending on the situation. Doing so would be totally irresponsible and if a temporary resident such as a student guess could possibly affect status in the country so not advisable unless for the limited exceptions such as medical treatment.

bUT THEY GONNA CANCEL OUR study visa and deport us?An what if we dont have that money to pay?

Why do you even want to contemplate breaking the self isolation? I don't think they'll hesitate to cancel the study visa, as you'll be facing jail time.

what is wrong with you? you think they won't find out? forget money you won't be able to travel to any first world country ever again. and employers have access to police records if they ask and you can bet no employer will be ready to accept someone who doesn't follow rules.
