Mine is aor april 2019. So there is still some worse cases.Hi Everone
I have been reading the messages posted in this forum for quite some time. I believe my case is one of the worst one,
AOR: July 2019
No update till May 2020, I asked for GCMS & I passed all criteria but no approval.
Septemper 2020, request for second medical report as the first one expired. The submitted medical report has been approved by end of sep 2020 & no update ever since...so I have been waiting for 16 months due to no reason!

Hang in there. My AOR is only Jan-2020 and it helps with my patience to know that people have been waiting for much longer than me and I shouldn't lose hope yet.Mine is aor april 2019. So there is still some worse cases.
Our Timeline is Similar.Hopefully Ottawa wakes up soon.Hang in there. My AOR is only Jan-2020 and it helps with my patience to know that people have been waiting for much longer than me and I shouldn't lose hope yet.
I just don't understand how they can come up with such lucrative goals of 400 k immigrant in 2021 while they could not even process eligible applicants from 2019 & 2020.Our Timeline is Similar.Hopefully Ottawa wakes up soon.
Exactly! its one thing to set targets.. but they should show some intent to follow through.I just don't understand how they can come up with such lucrative goals of 400 k immigrant in 2021 while they could not even process eligible applicants from 2019 & 2020.
To be honest I feel those goals include backlogs from 2019 and 2020. Moreover, I still feel the most critical factor in all this would be the way the pandemic goes on and if travel restrictions continue to be in place.I just don't understand how they can come up with such lucrative goals of 400 k immigrant in 2021 while they could not even process eligible applicants from 2019 & 2020.
Where is it mentioned about travel restriction? Is it on COPR document or Visa stamp?Good morning,
Just to share the info with you folks...
After PPR I got Oct 19th. I received today passport with COPR valid until March 7th ( expiry of medicals)
Meanwhile, It is clearly mentioned I can not travel until restriction are off, under condition my COPR is still valid.
A new round of wait is starting now ... hope shorter this time.
All the best guys !
Relieved to see another July 2019 AOR like me...country of residence India. What's your CoR?Hi Everone

Yes i agree.. but if they dont process applications.. backlogs will just keep piling on..To be honest I feel those goals include backlogs from 2019 and 2020.
