There is difference between low profile marriage and private court marriage without parents/family. They don't care how much money someone spent.... but surely they give importance to rituals and traditional marriage ceremony in the presence of family. I was specifically asked to send photos of all wedding rituals because my dumb representative did not send them with file. He thought outings and wedding day photos, calls/messages, letters from family, social media pages, etc are enough, but unfotunately NO... I was skeptical about it, but since he is a renowned immigration lawyer, I blindly trusted thinking that he knows it better. Later, they requested additional pics showing all the rituals. Finally I sent all the additional documents by myself .. will always regret wasting money and time with the lawyer.

did you use lawyer in Canada or India? your lawyer didn't send any pictures with your file ? you mean your lawyer sent your file without all your pictures ?
It is very SAD to read this . I mean they PRE-arrival is = PPR will come, U R APPROVED= no Interview! Why wait 3-4 more months? Sounds like blame on Pandemic , this could easily be dealt with safety measures. We cannot afford to bring the whole world to aPAUSE or HALT, things must continue while controlling diseases
Dear singleman, after pre arrival starts security check which can take long time in some cases. This stage not in the hands of ircc, its done by csis and interpol. I know dear ! it wont take 4 months in normal cases HERE in all cases they are taking very long many months for all. Many have got PRE arrival
BTW BGC CRIM starts in background not after pre arrival BUT BEFORE as I read. Phalos giving hardtime
The time is different for each applicant based on nationality, background, etc. But statistics can shows the average waiting time based on the backlog and all other variables. SURELY agree that some applicants get stuck in BGC CRIM IMTERPOL ; it can take months more but majority NO
You can access most pre-arrival services if you meet these 2 requirements: You have received a Confirmation of Permanent Residence letter (COPR), or have been contacted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) with a positive decision on the eligibility of your application.
