These are fresh PPR's. Almost more than 60 folks from Sep'19 - Feb'20 AOR's got them and have no previous PPR requests or COPR extensions.

I login and hope to see any email or change in my profile in every 2-3 hrs daily and see nothing changes. So disheartened. Nov3 2019 AOR. Even the webform I received past two times is generic even though I asked about each stage separately. Any NOV 2019 AOR, from India residing in USA got PPR recently?
More than 60!!! and all fresh PPRs of PNP/FSW category??? I heard its all from NDVO, Seems so unreal for sure but who knows after all its 2020....the Year which used to be helmed as perfect vision year but the one that turned into nightmares....I am waiting with all stages passed since May 2020 but no GU, no communication, even Medicals are going to expire now...pitch black silence!
Could you please share your stream also please share you timeline. I know some spousal sponsorship application were issued PPR by NDVO. Not sure about other streams.

no not spousal man.believe me normal single application. FSW, newdelhi office. just normal application from india!
Btw i have a query. in july i sent a mail to new delhi office to update my current address on file. I did not receive a confimation but the address could be updated on file. Can anyone tell me how do i check my current address on file. I mean i was not able to find it in express entry profile.
So they probably have removed the option in IVR to ask questions on PR applications.

New Delhi Visa Office has triggered ghost updates today. If your VO is New Delhi and your application is in process, please check your EE account and see if you also received any ghost updates.

We did get a ghost update but it's reverted our medicals back to its previous update
Review of medical results - November 9, 2020:You passed the medical exam.
Previously it said, medicals not required.
Not sure what this means. I hope it's gets reupdated.
Good things are just around the corner. We have all endured it so far and we shall make it soon !

Our first child was born 2 days ago (Nov 6th).
I have 2 quick questions related to that fact:
1. I wanted to let IRCC know about our baby through the web form. Is there any special document that I should upload with my email? I wanted to attach a scan of her temporary health card.
2. On the same day (this is a bit crazy), which is Nov 6th - I received the first email from IRCC since April 2020. Turns out they have finally approved our medicals (they expired earlier this year, during the process), and requested 2 additonal documents (imm5669e for both me and my wife). What should I do first? Send a webform letting them know we now have a dependant or upload the imm5669e forms?

It means they have extended your medicals. I got my PPR about a week after this ghost update! So there is a good chance you will too... dont make any decisions based on this we can't be sure ....
