Did you applied online? Please let me know you are from Toronto? Reason why I asked this question is, I applied online application on Sep 21st but no updates. I am thinking ottawa office is slow.Applied on 20 oct, profile updated today (we are reviewing whethe you meet the eligibility criteria).

Passport with visa received yesterday (November 4, 2020)1. I applied on Oct 2nd, 2020 (inland TRV)
2. Got OPR on Oct 27th, 2020 and sent my passport to Ottawa Office same day via Canada post xpress
3. Waiting for passport with actual TRV, I will update the forum when I get it
