So what policy IRCC is following now or in general? easy files over complicated files regardless the received date. How also they can judge easy and complicated is it based on the applicant's country as it appears now. I totally agree and know that the overall processing time is on a case by case basis. But on that stage all applicants are equal it is only checking the completeness of the applications.

I do not know what policy iRCC is following now specifically or in general. However, I strongly doubt it is by country.

I don't follow in great detail the current tracker situation but warn that all should be skeptical that what appear to be - at certain times - overrepresentation of eg certain countries is more likely to be spurious.

I mean FIFO for the AOR1, not the whole process.
obviously, returning the application package because of missing doucment 7 months later is the most heartbreaking thing to us.

you assume agents working in single task mode, it is not working this way.

I see, you did not specify only for AOR1.

I did not assume agents working in single task mode. But regardless, if FIFO is applied to whole process, it would indeed be far bigger delays and less efficient.

I have a DM on ecas if I am not wrong it is referring to fees refunded for dep child, they sent an email too re; that small refund.

I got my SA Letter two weeks after seeing it change in ECAS. Not sure what IRCC is doing, they sent it in a batch notice. So wait for the next batch. I got SA letter Oct 13th and my application isn't received in Jamaica as yet. I give up trying to figure out the process. There is none.

Just that I've been approved to sponsor and my app WILL BE moved to the Kingston VO. I still have no confirmation of it leaving Nova Scotia as yet. Since October 13th. I'm sad because Im the only January application that's still in Canada from Kingston VO
