Hello, well it appears there's serious work going on on your profile in the background. hopefully you'll get PPR soon. Btw, how do you know when there's a ghost update?

Hi guys, anyone here who has recently received the PPR email, before that did you receive any ghost updates on your profiles?

If your medicals are about to expire, or have expired, IRCC will send them to be reassessed by the Regional Medical Officer to be evaluated for either an extension or remeds.

This does not guarantee that just because your meds are expiring, the officer will work on your application for other stages.
Thanks for the quick feedback

Could you please tell me what is ghost updates?
Thank you
GU (Ghost update) is when your application’s current status changes to “profile/application updated” from “submitted” in your cic account and you don’t get any email notification for it. That is when we call it ghost update.

Hi guys, I would like to ask about the importance of updating mailing address. AOR is dec 7 2020 and since May 2020, we are already living on a different address. we decided to let go of our condominium to save up for the living expanses during covid season. My query are as follows:

1. We are outland applicant, common law application, and we only transferred within 30kms away. I'm thinking about not updating our address anymore because it might cause another delay. My question is how important it is to update our address? Will it have a impact in the final decision if they found out we are already living on a different place?
2. If I decide to not update our address anymore and we receive PPR and we send it via courier, will they notice that we have a shipping which is different from what we initially indicated in out profile?

Thank you!

I have a question. I am December 2 AOR. I am inland applicant with my spouse outland and I am the principal applicant. Can I apply Temporary resident visa for my wife. Is it good idea.?

Hi. You must inform ircc about address change. Check the link below. I don’t think it will affect your timeline, since your address info is not affecting your eligibility.
