Anyone got PPR who applied with 50 additional point + ICT + CEC Inland

Hi

If you are in Canada since more then a year and if you have valid closed WP then you can claim for additional 50 points.

One more important thing , your WP should have to be valid for next 1 year from the day you applied for PR . Moreover , this point is debatable as I have seen some folks in this same group who got PR without having valid 1 year closed WP.

I have ICT closed work permit valid till sep 2022 and I am inland CEC candidate as well ; moreover, I am having 2 years of Canadian experience. Could I claim 50 points for job offer? However my company will never give me job offer ( in writing) ? Please advise ???
Not sure if I can use closed work permit as a job offer to obtain 50 additional points ?

No you cannot work permit is not job offer. Can they give letter saying you are full time employee and working since this date.

but still this may be tough to claim 50 pts

You need a letter from your employer stating they will continue to employ you for a year after you become a PR in order to claim the 50 points.

Yes they provided a letter by mentioning, 'full time employee and working since this date XXXXX" while WP extension. However, they will never give in writing "will continue to employ you for a year after you become a PR ". Please advise ?

In that case you unfortunately don't qualify for the 50 points.

if you have a valid work permit for a NOC 0, A or B job that is exempt from needing an LMIA, and you:

• are currently working for an employer specified on the work permit
• have one year of full-time work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work) for that employer
• have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa

If you received than it’s fine, I had my eligibility pass based on such letter Only. no one will put such words on the letter to you. my Employer consulted with our legal team and they included these words- we are extending work permit in anticipation of him receiving permanent résidence and offer for permanent employment will be considered at future date.
i think last lines my employer wrote worked for me.

Mine is in last stage with background checks ongoing. Eligibility has passed as per gcms notes.

I have claimed 50 job offer points and submitted my documents on 31st Jan 2020.
I have supported job offer with below documents:

1) WP Extension letter issued on 6th August 2019 which says that position is extended for 15 months and also lists roles and responsibilities with NOC Code
2) New work permit valid till Jan 2022
3) A letter from from my Client which says that they will extend my SOW for at least 12 months after I get PR.
3) Pay Slips
4) Bonafide letter from Employer
5) Tax forms

I hope that this is sufficient for the agent to pass my case.

Work permit extension letter to IRCC, it states that company offering additional 24 months offer of employment, offer of employment number given
Compensation details
Latest annual compensation letter obtained in 2020
ALL T4, pyastubs
My company doesn’t provide any PR specific reference letter and will not provide details about 1 year work clause post pr. To counter it I received a bonafide letter as temporary residence purpose only where it’s mentioned that I am a full time employee and started working in Canada from Sept 2018 and work permit would be expiring Aug 2022

Reference letter from my manager on company letterhead with skill and responsibilities details. In this same document if my manager can add Canada work start period September 2018 and end period 2022 August, will that help.

From AOR till work permit expiry I have 19 and a half months, if they take 6-7 months also for the PR process, I still have more than a year job offer.
Please let me know if these are ok to submit, or anything else you guys can suggest.
