okay. My eligibility has been not met due to the same reason. Till now I have not received the correspondence letter, waiting for my GCMS notes.
"My eligibility has been not met due to the same reason" - Didn't you get PR Refusal letter yet?
In my PR refusal letter they mentioned

" Arranged Employment with <Employer_Name>
You did not submit a letter of offer from <Employer_Name> that states you will have continuous work for at least one year after the date on which a permanent resident visa is issued. As per R82.1 - In this section, arranged employment means an offer of employment that is made by a single employer other than an embassy, high commission or consulate in Canada or an employer who is referred to in any of subparagraphs 200(3)(h)(i) to (iii), that is for continuous full-time work in Canada having a duration of at least one year after the date on which a permanent resident visa is issued, and that is in an occupation that is listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix. "

So, though your current employer gives Employer reference letter which will suffice for your CEC experience, They would not entertain giving new Job Offer Letter , because either their process doesn't allow OR they may have to have LMIA approval for new job which they are offering , Thats why many MNCs prefer ICT which works very well for them.

I think they were approving earlier but they had stopped it now. As per the job offer requirement ,
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html

"if you have a valid work permit for a NOC 0, A or B job that is exempt from needing an LMIA, and you:
  • are currently working for an employer specified on the work permit
  • have one year of full-time work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work) for that employer
  • have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa""
for 3rd point, they expect Offer of Employment , which is pretty hard to get it. I am thinking to get a Reference letter having a line "have continuous work for at least one year after the date on which a permanent resident visa is issued." , But not sure it will work out

No I did not get the letter its been almost 1 month where my BC changed to Not Applicable. For the 3rd point, thats the sentence I think they are looking for. But most of the employers will not prefer to give this

Thanks everyone for your suggestions.!!!!
@bimale4bipeople , @Doom__V

I have claimed 50 job offer points and submitted my documents on 31st Jan 2020.
I have supported job offer with below documents:

1) WP Extension letter issued on 6th August 2019 which says that position is extended for 15 months and also lists roles and responsibilities with NOC Code
2) New work permit valid till Jan 2022
3) A letter from from my Client which says that they will extend my SOW for at least 12 months after I get PR.
3) Pay Slips
4) Bonafide letter from Employer
5) Tax forms

I hope that this is sufficient for the agent to pass my case.
Fingers crossed.!!!
Mate, did it work for you ? Your response can make or break a lot of people :)

Hi,

I am currently working in CANADA on ICT WP from Sept 25th 2018 and completed one year on the same employer as per WP.

I can provide below documents towards 50 points on job offer:

Employment agreement
secondment Letter till Aug 2020, may not get any additional letter for Aug 2022 with new work permit
Compensation details
Latest annual compensation letter obtained in 2019
ALL T4

Reference letter from employer stating that I am in full time position starting 25th September 2018 and current work permit expires on Aug 14th 2022. My company doesn’t provide any PR specific reference letter and will not provide details about 1 year work clause post pr. To counter it I received as temporary residence purpose only where it’s mentioned that I am a full time employee and started working in Canada from Sept 2018 and work permit would be expiring Aug 2022

Job position details with skill and responsibilities— for this I can provide the supporting letter company submitted to CIC while filling ICT WP

last one year paystub

With all these documents can I claim 50 points on job offer?

Hello guys,

I am currently on WP (ICT) and will be continuing to work with same employer after PR. I have got 50 points for the job offer. Does the below content from my offer letter is enough to prove i have future employment after PR, (or) should the words be specifically mentioning for more than 1 years.

"XXXX is on deputation at Canada since XXXXX and operates from Toronto, ON. He will be continuously working full time with XXXXXX in Canada for non-seasonal and indeterminate period."

Should include the words “one year after being issued your PR visa” to be on the safe side. Just my thoughts: You being on ICT work permit does not connote an indeterminate period as your work permit has an expiry date. What if that expiry date is less than a year when the IRCC officer reviews your file? With the whole covid situation and IRCC working on a reduced workforce, we could expect delays in the process for god knows how long. If your points are high enough without the job offer, I would suggest foregoing the JO. I’ve yet to see a post here in the forums saying their application that’s recently approved without the “one year after PR visa has been issued”. But I’m happy to be proven wrong.

I would say you can try with the below and it might work.
supporting letter provided by your company when applying for WP extension.
New WP. Where the validity shows some time till 2022.
If you have the above you can try
