MPNP - Skilled Worker in Manitoba (paper based)

AR - November 4, 2019
AOR - January 27, 2020
PAL - February 20, 2020 - I could see that the background checking was completed 1 day before it.
Upfront Medical Sent - September 1, 2020
Medical Passed - October 7, 2020
DM and COPR - October 29, 2020

Biometrics exempt (inland applicant).
Only 1 applicant, no dependents.

I would make a note that seeing other cases in the forum (multiple threads) the upfront medical exams is being really helpful, and should be done by anyone with less than 12 months estimated to completion.. My application was in 62% until yesterday (with estimation of completion in June/2021) for reference.

My case on MyImmiTracker: https://myimmitracker.com/ca/trackers/pnp-paper-based-pr-applications-tracker/cases/case-85834
Congrats !!!

Does PAL also means background check is complete? (I know PAL means eligibility is passed)

Also, my security has not started yet? Do you know when and how long it takes to pass security?

Any updates for Outland applications? Are they even doing anything to our files?
My AOR is Feb 2020.
Nothing since then.
No PAL, NO MR nothing.
Please Raise a GCMS note to enquire why you have not received PAL

A lot of Feb AOR and even August AOR have received PAL from CIO Nova Scotia

Something to watch for today: https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/mendicino-immigration-pandemic-refugees-1.5782642

I don't expect any changes in short term, but I'm glad they acknowledge the last 8 months processing was not as fast as it should be and that they should focus on inland PR applications
following closely.
Any cut in economic immigration will signal alarms for us , i believe they processing times will be increased as resources will be cut off if economic immigration is decreased than the current levels(levels planned for 2021).
Hope for best.

This stage called AR, and you need to wait for AOR when the application start process and put in the system. Then you will receive application number.

Canada Immigration is important source of income and they are pressuring to ease the process after long wait. Let's wait and see the announcement of immigrations plans for 2021.

What is info sharing System Error in GCMS notes???????
So I asked in one of the other forums about the whole system error thing and one of the experienced member told me this

@legalfalcon

Hi guys, can anyone of you tell me about what exactly “info sharing: system error” in GCMS notes mean. I had like 3 GCMS notes from CIC all of them show the same thing. My Eligibility, Criminality is passed and Security has not started yet as per the notes. Im an Inland paper based MPNP applicant. My time line is in my signature. Any reply would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
A System Error indicates that no match was found or no thing was transmitted back. If you have never travelled to any of the partner countries, this is normal. If there is a match then some info will be returned and it will show as complete.

Also, if there was an IT issue encountered during transmission, which is very common, then too this may show up.

There is nothing to concerned about this. Many applicants see this
.

If any of you guys have any doubts or find difficult in interpreting GCMS notes can go to the forum https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/gcms-notes-well-explained-has-never-before-until-now.390292/

I guess they would be happy to help!
