Thanks, I just received the confirmation email from IRCC.You would get it soon it takes now 10-15 days average to get the confirmation that they got the information you send. For me it took 13 days! I did upfront medicals on Oct 14th and got confirmation on Oct 27th.
Thanku so much dear @abelsamjo4 for your answer. It's really very helpful for me .So I asked in one of the other forums about the whole system error thing and one of the experienced member told me this
A System Error indicates that no match was found or no thing was transmitted back. If you have never travelled to any of the partner countries, this is normal. If there is a match then some info will be returned and it will show as complete.
Also, if there was an IT issue encountered during transmission, which is very common, then too this may show up.
There is nothing to concerned about this. Many applicants see this.
If any of you guys have any doubts or find difficult in interpreting GCMS notes can go to the forum https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/gcms-notes-well-explained-has-never-before-until-now.390292/
I guess they would be happy to help!
I saw the announcement too. Let's keeping watching and be hopeful.Looks like the "big news" were about increasing the immigration numbers for 2021.
This is good news, but unfortunately no more direct plans have been announced.
Only light of hope for paper-based applications i see is the note of "focusing on economical migration/class", which Paper Based ( non-EE ) is hopefully part of.

I would make a note that seeing other cases in the forum (multiple threads) the upfront medical exams is being really helpful, and should be done by anyone with less than 12 months estimated to completion.. My application was in 62% until yesterday (with estimation of completion in June/2021) for reference.
My case on MyImmiTracker: https://myimmitracker.com/ca/trackers/pnp-paper-based-pr-applications-tracker/cases/case-85834
All in side and I have sinpDid your dependant is outside Canada? That really fast process congrats! Are you express entry or PNP?
Inland3 Dependant inland or outland ?
Work permitQuestion is about what kind of medical tests did you order.
Because in my case doctor said that there are three options for the upfront medicals.
1. For express Entry
2. Work permit
3. Study permit.
Do I need to tell them that I need to EE ?
