Hi, Congratulations !! My AOR April 18, Biometrics exempt, same as you. Only update is "Biometric updated on Oct 15". When did you see this update? Are you inside Canada? or outside?

Thank you! I never got any ghost updates when they updated my PR application. Every day, I used to religiously log in and check for updates. For me, the biometrics got updated by October 08, 2020. And then by October 14, 2020 I saw that they approved my application.

I hope so, I called cic and they said everything had been passed just need to close the file by visa officer

Can someone please tell what time is perfect to call cic from Toronto area.
I tried calling at 9am last week and it said can’t reach the agent due to high volume.

Once your PR application has been approved, they will send you the confirmation of PR document. You need to take a copy of this document + two PR specification photos and send everything to the address listed in the confirmation of PR document. No need to go out of the country.
