Some of the documents I uploaded were provided to me in black and white, including black and white stamp and signatures. My work reference letter and bank letter, for example.
It is important to note that this was when people were working in isolation or at home and told me that they only have a black and white scanner or printer. It is hardly possible for me to badger people to go out and get me coloured versions of things at such a time when everyone is trying to work with limited resources. The problem is I forgot to blame covid for this situation in my letter of explanation as I did not realise it is mandatory to upload coloured scans of anything other than PCCs. It seems to me though that the issue with not uploading coloured scans is that the IRCC officer may wonder if the scans are of the original or of a photocopy.
What should I do in this case. Should I be uploading an explanation via CSE or am I worrying too much? Thanks for any advice!
