My wife gave Biometrics for a TVR last year, she should be exempt from giving them now right?
Do they email you if your exempt? We have gotten SA, AOR and medical request but nothing about biometrics yet

I believe you are an exempt for biometrics, please check you payment card and make sure if you received any refund from IRCC. If not you can call them

My wife has never given biometrics.
We have not even received AOR, thats the whole point. Why is IRCC playing with our emotions?

You can call them as much as you want. I was calling them weekly until I got my AOR.

It's their job to pick up the phone and answer you to the best of their ability ( well, that rarely happens ). But you can/should/have the right to call them regarding the status of your application.

No calling calling centre it wont, you can call them everyday if you like, the call agent will get peed off eventually though and start being rude to you..........

Generally how long is it taking nowadays to get file transfer mail after the sponsor approval.
We got SA on 23rd October 2020, but no information regarding file transfer yet.
Any information will be valuable
