Hi guys, I applied for the pgwp and included my wife. I'm in Canada and she's in our Home country. Did I have to include proof of funds for TRV? All I did was fill out the forms that were on the application portal and include our marriage certificate. I also filled out the TRV forms. There was no mention of proof of financial standing so I didn't think we needed to include our bank statement. Did I think wrong?
I always believe if IRCC cannot process it in 150days, then say in the website that it needs 180 days to process, even 200 days. We understand that due to the COVID, it really needs longer time. It is not a shame to admit such a situation.
But when website keeps saying 150 days, then so much ppl cannot get it in such a date and when they ask you, only answering 'wait' does not make any sense.

May23th. Got a notice asking for an additional doc on the 17th and uploaded it on the same date. only ghost updates since then.when did you apply?
For those who got approved and received a Correspondence Letter in their account, does it say "Permit - WP-EXT / Permis - PT-PROR" under Document Type at the bottom?
Apparently WP-EXT is for extensions, but I've found a few old posts from people saying they had that same code. I'm not too worried about it, just wondering if that's what everyone gets.

Its a mandatory field but there is no amount that is officially required unlike when you were student.Thank you for your reply.I just check TRV Application form and it need proof of fund as a mandatory field.Can you please provide me the TRV application link so I can double check it.Thank you in advance.
You should notice there is no financial documents section in your required files anymore, officer will see you have a work permit, are in Canada and hopefully employed and they know you are fine.
So put whatever you have access to as the amount.

I recently completed a 2 year diploma at my Designated Learning Institution however I did not maintain full time status meaning I am not eligible for a Post Grad Work Permit.
Is it possible for me to Restore my status while in Canada and undertake a new, 2 year program, and maintain full time status so I can be eligible for the PGWP?

I'm in the same situation, yet i applied for the PGWP with the explanation letter telling why i wasn't full time. I'm still waiting for a decision. However, my friend got his approved even though he has 4 part time semesters not including Summer. So, there's a chance we'll get approved also. HopefullyHello

May I ask what was your friend's reason for having part time semesters?
