Biometrics completed :- Oct 21 (Based on the one I gave for visitor visa)

Has anyone received a refund letter when bio status changed to completed?

IRCC said the refund will be done after the final decision has been made.

No email, just signed in, and found Application updated, but actually no change inside the profile..

Mine got approved on October 27 th. No copr email yet. Biometrics was updated on 17 oct. Aor march 17 cec
