Guys, anyone whose application moved to Ottawa on 30th Sept got AOR2 or Pre-arrival? Our application changed to "Application received" on 16th Oct morning but no update after that. Just panicking since Ottawa was giving AOR2 in 7 days and pre-arrival within a week after that. Our file moved to Ottawa on 30th Sept.

can our spouses who are PA come to Canada as extended family members while we wait for slow sponsorship process? Seems extended family members dont need TRV.

They would be immediate family, not extended. And your reading of this is mistaken, they would still need TRV or ETA.
If you read the instructions carefully and follow the link, it shows how to apply for the written authorization, in which for those that need a TRV but have not got one, they apply for both at the same time:

Received an email from Etobicoke Landings concerning Virtual Landing. They asked me if I'm in Canada, if so I can make a Virtual Landing, they asked for my last entry date and port of entry. Does this means my application process is almost ending right?

any news from CPC-M, I noticed that not a single indian get a PPR request in this October month if I am wrong?? I got ghost update last to last week but i got nothing from CPC-M, no email , no letter nothing ?? i do not know whats going on with Indian??/

Returned to wrong address hence multiple return and resend happened between Sydney, finally reached me - Feb 10[2020]

Are the visa offices and VACs taking passports? If not, they won't send PPRs until they do.
