I just called and my CSQ was accepted on OCt. 20th!
CSQ received by MIFI: 01-05-2020
CSQ AOR: 29-07-2020
CSQ accepted: 20-10-2020

The agent said the CSQ was not mailed yet and it could take up to 10 days for it to be mailed to me.
Mine was approved on August 14th but i received on august 21st. But IRCC said they received it on Oct,13th which is 2 months after the approval by MIFI

Yeah, that is super late! I'm in Montreal, so I expect that once it gets mailed I'll receive it the next day. I know they say they'll send it to IRCC right away, but just to be sure I think will send mine through a webform once I get the physical copy.

If you're in Montreal like us you'll get it 2-3 days after they post it. That's what happened to us. No medical request yet though after 1.5 months.

Would you please share your timeline? one more thing if you dont mind could you please tell me what exactly they do in medical? blood test? urine test? X ray? and how much the fees are?
thank you
We applied September last year. Got work permit December. CSQ application 6th of March 2020, CSQ approved 22nd of September. Medical request 16th of October.

I did the medical yesterday. I called up a few places and the prices are around 230-250. They only take cash for some reason and do not accept insurance. They do urine test, lung x-ray, blood test. I was told they only look for sugar in urine, and infectious diseases in blood like TB, syphilis, hepatitis, and hiv etc. And they give you a very general eye exam with glasses/contacts on. There is also a doctor’s visit very briefly. She checked my stomach for anything out of the ordinary, checked blood pressure, and asked me questions about my medical history. All of it took me about an hour but the place I went to was quite crowded.

Which applicants are getting movement in their timelines these days? Sept 2019? WE are Oct 2019, medical approved in December and CSQ approved in June 2019. I'm just worried that we might fall at the bottom of the list since we won't receive medical request and it will expire in a week. Anyone else in the same situation?

We just got a flurry of stuff on our app. Applied 20/08/19 and just got Medical Exam Request, AIP, and SA within the past week and a half.

Does anyone know how landing interviews are going these days? From what I've seen it seems like they aren't in person anymore (which would be awesome).

I think it's still virtual at the moment, as also confirmed by the Minister. My guess is it will be by phone, email or direct to COPR. I haven't heard of anyone having a landing in-person recently.
