I received ghost update yesterday but nothing changed in ecas or gc key after that.. I’m Jan 2020 applicant.

A lot of people got Ghost updates yesterday. It can be a mistake by IRCC or an actual positive sign that they did some work on these files. Just surprised by the number of ghost updates yesterday. Look at other groups like express entry as well, and you will see many.

Im just guessing but could it be that IRCC is processing files in batches now? And the ones that got a ghost update yesterday were among this first batch? Fingers crossed..i have not seen my wife for 10 months now.
