Yes, it’s normal. Most of the time Principal Applicant receives it. Even I had representative, but my husband received it.

PPR’s usually comes on certain days and to many people altogether. Nobody knows the exact dates when they give PPR’s. I mean to say was, Since you already got the DM, whenever will they next give next PPR’s, your turn can come.

Relax and Wait for the Golden Email. You will get PPR in the next batch.
