Yes. My case was Ottawa. No family renuion, no job offer, non essential job. Only compelling reason I had was my expiring visas in UAE & I have resigned from job already. I kept sending multiple webforms & emails with detailed settlement plan over and above the information IRCC is asking for.. after many months of anxiousness, I got AL
Good to know that someone whose VO is Ottawa got AL. May i know to which email id you were sending the information?

No update on my EE profile, still shows approved, and COPR expired. I guess I'm the unluckiest in the group, no movement whatsoever, have been sending ready to travel webforms since May. The way IRCC is working I have remembered the hindi saying ''aage daudd peeche cchaudd'. English translation 'First In Last Out'

UPDATE:

So many people received ghost update yesterday and also received COPR details updated in their EE account. A few of them have received ALs too. So, it was not a 'technical glitch' for sure.

It was a mass update so we may expect something big soon. Be positive guys!
Fingers crossed. Do you know if the ones seeing COPR details updated or getting ALs were all approved before March 18 or are there a few that were approved after March 18 as well?

Dont worry you are not the only one.

Remember Vicky Kaushal's dialogue in Masaan movie? "Yeh Dukh Kaahe khatam nhi hota be?"

Do we need Corona test within 48 hours prior to boarding? Is that true?

What time they receive it? Is it as per EDT or IST? Trying to figure out whether it's NDVO issuing them or some other office in Canada.

Mass ghost updates were reported yesterday evening between 9 to 11 PM IST. ALs were reported afterwards (IST time). This means, these changes were not triggered by NDVO, this has been performed by visa offices in Canada.

Also, Sydney and Ottawa VO have issued bulk PPRs too yesterday. It was a good day overall.

Good. You have more than a month to plan your second attempt. Before that I would advise to raise webform to get your CoPR status updated on CIC account. Call CIC call center or twitter to get clarifications and any recommended next steps. Check with Air Canada if they are allowing you to board with your current AL if yes then get your money refunded from Air India.
Checked with Air Canada yesterday morning, they told me not to book tickets if I was denied boarding by Air India, some approving authority is same. Meanwhile, my application status has changed to approved today early morning and new COPR details are mentioned. Can I book tickets now again?

Yes, without even a second thought.
