Because I received a call with regards to the request I submitted to Service Canada asking them why I did not receive a call given that I have a Jan 2020 AOR whereas people with MAY, JUNE, JULY AORs are getting calls. It was not from SC's Biometric collection team.

I am MAY AOR and haven't received a call yet :(

Yes, I'm having issues. It either takes me to a page asking if I want everything in English or French and then returns me to the sign-in screen again or if I make it through it won't allow me to check the status of any of my applications and gives me a 402 - bad gateway error.

AoR April 4 and still no call. Every Monday I raise my expectations and on fridays I get frustrated with another week of waiting lol

Omg! SC had just called my representative telling them they’ll contact us in the next couple of days. I’ll keep you guys posted.
