I saw it from last night but couldn't access the site all night. Was able to access this morning

Maybe they are checking the DLI's if your DLI does not have a covid readiness plan they might keep your application on hold and would be treated once your DLI is on the list which sounds like a lot of work in my opinion but idk maybe that's what they are doing a lot of ghost updates are happening

I also couldn't login. I mean when I click my application it doesn't open. Until that point I can go into.

it means your applications status change to updated but they dont change anything to your application it means an officer just reviewed your profile
