@legalfalcon what about security can we assume that also finished ? They didnt mention abt the security though.

Security only starts after eligibility is passed. Check the GCMS notes to ensure that eligibility is passed.

I have applied for CEC and i have 6 jobs till now and i am claiming points for 3 years of experience, for 4 of them i have reference letters on letterhead and listed all the duties and responsibilities, pay, hours and pay slips, T4 and everything but for two of the jobs, i only have offer letter, pay stub and ROE ( i only worked for one week in both companies, one week at each company). Since the work was for only 1 week each those companies did not provided me Reference letter with duties, is that a concern? My AOR is 12th August and i already passed Medicals.

Should i submit a webform with LOE?

You can remove them from work history and not claim points for them and just leave them in your personal history.

If you have already applied, then you have to provide a work reference for all jobs for which you have claimed points. However, for two of your work ex, that were for 1 week each, even if you do not get any points for it, it should not impact your CRS score.

If your employer does not provide you with work reference, you can get one from any colleague, supervisor or a former employee who is aware of your work and explain it in LoE.

When I asked did my biometrics get updated he said we have it your file..what does it mean ?? Did my biometrics get updated or they just have it on my UCI. Yeah I have submitted that too. An agent said nothing is missing, your application is in process. Criminality is in progress and WE Have biometrics on your file. On file means did they update my biometrics ??

Yes, on file means that your biometrics have been added to your application.

VO note said that name of the application changed: old value(s) John, Praise Benson.1979, male, surulere/ lagos state Nigeria. new value(s) John, Praise. 1979, male, surulere/ lagos state Nigeria.

Pls pls sir what document should I send to address the concern of the VO. or i should wait for VO to request more additional documents.
