I have to ask, why do so many in this forum apply to the same colleges? Visa Officers must surely groan when they see applications over and over for the same courses. Refusal rates will definitely be higher.

I think many of these colleges have strong relationship with agents/consultants.

Centennial pays agents to place indians in Centennial. The student population at centennial is 80% indian if not more.

I got my offer letter for software engineering technician(diploma) course in centennial for January 2021. I submitted my application around mid July and received the loa in august 28th. Paid registration fee of 2650 cad and have time till november 15 to pay first sem fee. Wish you all luck.

Within a month hopefully to repay the rest amount. Visa as soon as I have done my medicals and pay the amount so maybe after a month. I will update as I do so.
